1. Product Description

Crowned Hair offers high-quality halo hair extensions designed for easy wear, comfort, and styling versatility. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color may occur due to screen settings or natural hair variation.

 

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Prices are listed in Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods provided at checkout.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

All Crowned Hair Halo Extensions are final sale and strictly non-refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of hair extensions, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging seal has been broken or the product has been used.

 

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to (insert Crowned email here) with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting images showing the damage or error

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate, which may include a replacement item or store credit.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Crowned Hair extensions, we recommend following the care instructions included with your product. Failure to follow proper care guidelines may affect the lifespan and performance of the extensions.
