1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all Crowned Hair pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused or unopened.


2. Try a Sample Swatch First

We strongly recommend purchasing a sample swatch before buying your full halo extension. This allows you to test the color match and texture at home before committing to a full piece.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at: ( insert email )

We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or store credit if applicable.


4. Order Cancellations
